Holiday Policies & Fees
There is a fee of 1.5x the visit rate for each visit scheduled during the dates listed here.
Upcoming Holiday Periods 2024:
Thanksgiving (November 26th- December 1st)
Christmas (December 22nd- December 26th)
New Years (December 29th, 2024- January 2nd, 2025)
Cancellation Policy
Daily, recurring walks (Monday- Friday):
- 24 hours notice or less, 100% non-refundable.
Vacation visits, bathing services, all other drop-in visits:
- 48 hours notice or less, 100% non-refundable*
Holidays:
- From date of booking until 14 days before service- 80% refundable, 20% non-refundable*
- Less than 14 days notice- 50% refundable, 50% non-refundable*
- 72 hours notice or less- 100% non-refundable*
*Credits will not be given for these types of cancellations, with the exception of verifiable natural disasters that directly affected the destination of travel.
LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS
Bookings made with less than 72 hour notice will be charged an additional fee of 1.5x rate of service. There will be no refund for departing late or returning early from a trip if there is less than a 72 hour notice. If service has already begun and an extension of service needs to be made, there will be an additional fee of 1.5x the rate of service.
Software Policy
All communication is to be done through Time To Pet. Please be sure to review and update all pet and personal information prior to the start of your scheduled services. Please include all changes in health, feeding instructions, medication, behavior, etc. ALL reservations must be made through Time To Pet to be considered confirmed and scheduled. Email and texts may get lost or overlooked. Liz’s Pet Care will not be held responsible for any missed services that were not booked directly through the software, and will not be held responsible for any misunderstandings of feeding/medication/behavior-related issues due to failure to update profile/lack of communication.
